 Preparation for 6 to 8 people in a 230g sachet to mix into 1l milk to make a saffron custard tart.

For 4 persons, dilute the powder with some cold milk, bring the mixture to boil, let it cool and serve cold.

"Crème brûlée" with saffron

Succeed every time making a true "crème brûlée" flavoured with saffron, in no time at all.

Mix the preparation with 250 ml milk and 250 ml single cream, simmer for 5 minutes then let cool.

When you are ready to serve, sprinkle on some brown sugar and caramelise it preferably with a kitchen blowtorch or under the grill.
